What is Councell Farms’ admission policy? Where do we pay? Do you have to pre-order tickets?

Our admission fee for the Field of Fun is $6 for children and adults. Grandparents and children under 2 are free. Upon arriving at our farm, you can pay at the little red barn on the weekends and at the market during the week. We do not take pre-orders or advanced sales on tickets. We are open daily from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. with tickets always available for purchase.

What activities do you have in your Field of Fun?

With over 25 farm related activities, including the corn maze, jumping pillow, combine slide, Tiny Sprouts Village, farm obstacle course, corn box, duck races, trike track, and straw maze, there’s something for everyone at Councell Farms’ Field of Fun. Currently, we do not have a hayride.

How are the pumpkins priced?

Our Pumpkins are priced according to size and variety. As you enter the market please look at our pricing table for reference. Here at Councell Farms we do not price them according to weight.

Do you have an indoor market?

Councell Farms Market and Creamery is a completely outdoor market. We have renovated our ice cream creamery to serve from our outdoor serving windows. Our tent has a variety of fall squashes and gourds, our market has our local produce, cheeses, apple cider and honeys, and out front has a variety of pumpkins, mums, corn stalks and straw bales for your perfect fall display.

Can we bring our dogs with us on the farm?

Councell Farms is fun for humans and animals alike! We do allow family friendly breeds, on a leash. We ask that you pick up anything they leave behind and they do not show any signs of aggression or barking.

What are your hours? Do you accept credit cards?

Councell Farms is open from early September until late October. We are open from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. every day, weather permitting. Councell Farms adjusts hours according to rain or severe weather events. Please check our Facebook for updates on our farm conditions and closings. We accept all major credit cards.

Where is the ice cream made?

Councell Farms proudly serves Vanderwende’s Ice Cream! Vanderwendes is a family owned, and operated dairy farm and creamery located in Delaware, uses only the best quality ingredients to produce a rich creamy textured ice cream.

What’s in holy cow ice cream?

Holy Cow ice cream is a vanilla base with fudge ripple and peanut butter cups.

Do you have bathrooms?

We have several portable bathrooms and a hand washing station in our parking lot for your convenience.
